I like the idea of a flip down computer in the kitchen. What brand is this and where did you get it?
Slender storage area for mail, papers, magazines. Could go at end of cabinet where we have message machine.
This example is built into a kitchen island and serves to hold cookbooks and recipe magazines. However, any piece of furniture could have a built-in area for magazines. Stylish and convenient especially in homes where space is an issue.

fun paths for kids to get to different areas and explore and be creative in coming up with games rather than a play structure kind of place is really attractive to me.
Love this maybe heading towards kids cubby
Great way to separate garden areas, such as the veggie garden from the rest of the garden.

path. Naturalized playscapes with areas where children can branch out and explore are key to imaginative play. Not only are multiple centers for play a great idea, but fun pathways to get there are as well. Multicolored or oddly shaped pavers can be fun for kids to hope around on. Think rocks, stumps

I went around our China Town and the answer was that China no longer exports this type of art. They put their money into computer and other technical supplies. Of course this may be Japanese.
