Garden, the gravel symbollically represents water, the boulders are islands. We wanted to provide the the symbollic illusion that the deck is is a series of platforms floating above the "water". Make sure that you use the best grade wood with minimal knots and dried, in order to avoid warping.

ago. No Water Fall no filtration...not much. We got busy and added a Micro BioFall because of the size of the pond (just about 8x11) and a Signature Series 6.0 Skimmer with a 3PL pump. The Japanese Lantern and Bridge were added giving the whole project a very oriental feel.
