The stairs are 3/4" planks of solid teak which wrap all four sides and end of a steel tube beam cantilevered out of the wall. A single steel stringer was placed in the wall to which the steel tube beam members were welded. It's a beautiful detail and the contractor, Wilson Construction executed it flawlessly
