What are the ceiling panels and how are they attached?
The panels are simply painted and they just hide the exposed floor structure above. The area above the gaps in the panels is painted black.

Wood panelling with bright white ceiling with LOTS of lights. We can add more
Rustic. The exposed brick wall, wood panelling and different brown tones of the furniture almost give this space a rustic vibe. The additions of a chaise lounge and large custom-made ottoman coffee table make this room look both comfortable and inviting.

ceiling basement 6'10'' ish we would like to keep the ceiling exposed to gain more space but we want radiant heat for the flooring. There is already a cement floor in place, can you tell me what is the thickness that will be added if we insulate (moisture), put on electric heating mat and ceramic tiles?
increase my heating bill and that sound would travel. Would like to have access to the ceiling, but don't want to put up an ugly looking metal frame with panels. Any suggestions
upholstered fabric covered panels can be hung just slightly below the beams for a really cool hip look. I see it done all the time in commercial building where all the ducts and wiring
