Sam likes the small garage areas for the autos with glass enclosing it off to a space with his tool box and cabinets. Doesn't have to be huge but more modern in the garage interior.

Loft-Like Basement Renovation
pieces of wood with butt joints that are very strong. The screws ued are inserted on an angle and are tight enough that they don't need glue.Busy Bee Tools.com in Canada will have this jig. Come to think of it the screws are Robertson (square Head) and so maybe mostly available in Canada but really good
