what wood is the table made from
I own a table very similar, The top is identical, and the legs are metal. But I do recall them having one on the showroom floor that had wood legs also. Mine was purchased from a Furniture store named "J. Allan's" in Brookhaven, MS.
Pottery Barn has one that looks similar called the Hastings Reclaimed Wood Rectangular Coffee Table. Wayfair also has one called the Classic Home Trinity Door Coffee Table. Both are about $700.
The table is made from reclaimed wood and was purchased through Antiques on Old Plank Road in Chicago

What species of wood, stain brand and color is used on the stairs
My guess is that it was a dark stain on oak. I just refinished my red oak mantel in espresso, and it looks similar. I only did one coat then applied four coats of polyurethane.

It is a ceramic tile that has a "wood grain" look to it. The tile are pretty large.....18" x 24" if I recall correctly. It came from Renaissance Tile in Atlanta. They could provide you with more of the details. Gary Dresser Dresser Homes

The wall of antique barn wood paneling is unexpected in this company lobby. The blue paint treatment mimics the look of aging signs on barns across America, and highlights the company name. Inviting and relaxed furnishings and the presence of an employees dog at work welcomes visitors.
what type of wood is used for the wall and what is the stain or treatment used to get this color please?
what type of wood and finish is on the floor. would it be suitable in a kitchen
The painting on top of the reclaimed barn wood was done by a mural painter and I don't know what kind of paint they used.
The wall boards are reclaimed old barn siding purchased from a reclaimed wood supplier. Perhaps the supplier cleaned them prior to delivery, but the color is just natural aging. I hope that is helpful.

Wood and fire seem like a match made in heaven. At one point fear of a fire hazard would have kept this pairing far apart. However, thanks to innovations with tile made to look like wood, wood composites and insulated fireboxes, most homeowners can
