These are your typical standard pot lights jhurlburt. 3", white finish, with swivel so you can direct the light a little better. You can find these at most hardware stores.

Hi - thanks for your question. It's hardwood - I believe it was a white oak - and we put a custom finish on top. The room opens up with French Doors to the outside - just to the right of the photo. This home was built on a slightly sloping lot and I think it turned out beautifully.

Hi. That is simply a series of relatively standard pex piping brackets. The trick is to have the plumber install them and the piping neatly. We had to ask them to redo the piping on this job to get it right.
I like the utilitarian aspects of the painted ceiling and the use of outdoor-looking light fixtures.
