This room has everything I would want in a basement....I even forgot it was one for a litte bit! Fantastic

The 'theatre room's' length (from the backside of the barstools to the projector) is 21'-4", and the width is 15'.

workout room and electric drum set down there. Currently, we get almost no noise upstairs -- presumably due largely to the current drop ceiling. If we remove the ceiling tile, I'm concerned about how much noise will penetrate to the kitchen and family room upstairs. Since we've been living here almost

You're correct, the undertone is brown, you can see it on the custom designed patterned
