These chairs typify modern plaid to me. There's something a bit mid-century about the pattern, and the shape is contemporary. It's a great pairing of furniture and pattern.

Be bold. The typical strategy for a bathroom in a basement is to hide it, but sometimes there's just no way to pull that design move off that isn't boring. The reason: Basement bathrooms need to compete for space with the furnace, water softener, hot-water heater, stairs etc

project. It does take a team of talented individuals. The best place to start is to form a well balanced design team. A good design team will consist of an Architect , maybe an interior designer and I would strongly suggest to select a Contractor up front who has an extensive knowledge of Millwork.
