delay in responding. Basement Room: This was an unfinished room. We added the fireplace and custom designed the entertainment center (built on site) installed coffer ceilings, etc. Because this was part of other renovations being done in the home it was approximately a 6 to 8 week completion time
Too white but coffered ceilings, built ins. Maybe in medium or dark wood
this look in my basement and I would love your advice on the door configuration if that is ok?
On my unit there will be no fireplace and it is about 13ft long. On each side there would be 2 20" doors and in the middle where the fire place is I have the option of 3 20" doors or 4 15" doors. What do you think
How tall are the ceilings in this room? Great unit.
What wood species is the cabinetry?
Can you tell me the color of the walls, please?
What wood and stain did you use and how deep are the cabinets and fireplace??
actually lies in the cabinet door handles. With a four dour design as you mentioned in point 1, you will have two pairs of doors in the center, and that means the handle pairings will be together if installed vertically as they are in this picture. Love the door and wood work
The shelves built into the wall.
Wooden door at bottom of stairs to create intrigue on what is down in basement. Classy touches to keep it from looking kitschy.

How did you do the wood slats? And what type of wood was used?
poplar wood built onto and is there an opening to access the wires for other devices. Would you explain how it was constructed? My husband and I are working on rehabbing our basement now and are just at the stage of putting in joists/drywall. thank you
Is there a metal frame the wood was built onto
In other words brick pattern,,, ;)
Hi Aikman, Per our info from the project, they are porcelain tiles but I don't have any other info, i.e., manfucturer, listed in our info. The tiles were installed in orthogonal, running board pattern in the basement area that you see.
thanks for the question
largely wood.
I'm trying to figure out if I'd be silly to remove the current ceiling tiles. Can you provide an idea of how much noise came up from the basement in this project?
Thanks a lot.
