the bathroom door/wall is unique modern and interesting. I like it!
I like the design of the wall for the basement bathroom.
Bathroom in the middle of the studio
for a bathroom in a basement is to hide it, but sometimes there's just no way to pull that design move off that isn't boring. The reason: Basement bathrooms need to compete for space with the furnace, water softener, hot-water heater, stairs etc. And sometimes after I lay out the bar, bedroom and whatever
for the bathroom. In that case it's often best to run hard in the other design direction and celebrate it in plain sight, make the bathroom part of the plan and a piece of the experience. Celebrating "unwanted" things is one of my favorite design tricks.

how do you sound proof the exposed joist ceiling from top floor noises?
What flooring did you use? Want to duplicate!thank you!
I like the color and the tile used for the floor. What is the tile name and where can I get it?
under your flooring, it is inexpensive, adds to resale value, and it's comfy (: and as for duct work I have the same problem, if your ceilings are too small to add a drop ceiling in the basement to hide it, they make at lowes a variety of options, where you just pin it straight to the ceiling, it doesn't
and the floors are largely wood. I'm trying to figure out if I'd be silly to remove the current ceiling tiles. Can you provide an idea of how much noise came up from the basement in this project? Thanks a lot.

The porcelain floor tiles continue up the fireplace wall, which is punctuated by a reclaimed-wood mantel and a splash of troweled-on gold glass beads. shape, a wooden seat and a hooped back, and can make a pub feel more refined. Vintage wooden stools and wooden tables have more of an authentic feel. The more wobbly (technical term) the stool and the more beer coasters you need to shove under the offending leg, the more genuine it'll look.

For those of you wondering about the usual basement details, the house was built in the 1980s, so the unfinished basement ceilings are nice and high, about 8½ feet. An exit door meet safety codes, and a bathroom, gym
