particular use a toilet hanging/tank system from Gerberit. You can google it. There are specific toilets made to hang on that system. It's pretty substantial, but you hardly want something cheap and flimsy that will get used every day. The toilet (btw) is from the same system, just with different button set
All the toilets in the house are by Duravit. The wall systems are by Geberit.

ThermaSol is the steam system to google
ThermaSol has been refining its steam systems for 50 years and now has an amazing steam generator capable of cleaning itself.Tip: You don't need to build a shower to have a steam system. Installing the steam option is just as easy with a bathtub installation — easier, in fact.

What is the sliding rail system that has been used here? Is the weight of the system supported at each end of the rail, or by the fixed glass wall? Thx!
This appears to be a Fleurco glass door system. The bar goes all the way across, the left panel is stationary while the right one slides. http://fleurco.com/shower-doors/kinetik-kt-in-line-tub

Commercial and industrial door systems are excellent devices for changing perception of scale. In this shower wall, small mullion divisions stack to make this space seem taller than it is. Bringing an exterior window and door system inside has created an interesting public counterpoint
counterpoint to a very private space. The door here is one part in a larger ordering system, and the system itself lends a refined industrial flair to the space.

As a DIYer, I used the Tuscan Leveling System. Expensive, but it works awesomely. I had 18x18 tiles. A tile guy I hired to do basement area did a great job too without any leveling system, but had 12x12 tiles. Where four corners meet is the hardest, maybe a brick
framelss glass showers. They'll be able to help. The tiles in this photo are porcelain tile, stack bond pattern with a tuscan leveling system. This setting system allows you to have very thin grout joints. I highly recommend all tile done this way whether on floors or walls (especially showers). http://www
