Yes, the wall dividing the shower and the toilet goes all the way to the ceiling. Typically when we install wainscoting it is to a 4' height. I believe the ceiling height in this bathroom was 9'.
Same as current floor plan - like the floor to ceiling wall making the toilet "private"

The beige tiles behind this tub are rich and caramely. I think I would have continued the white from the ceiling onto the upper wall, to create even more contrast.
