I think this bathtub http://edezeen.com/categories/bathroom/bathtubs/cala.html is similar with this one from the picture
When the shower is in use, does the tub also get wet? I'm trying to understand the "wet room" concept. I would rarely use the tub so I don't know if I'm creating more cleaing work for myself with this concept.
what is the size of the bathroom and then what size is the steam room with the tub in it?
...but will soon. Is it a major challenge to combine the 2. Our MB is a nice size. The tub and the shower on the the same side (south side of the room). I'm not an architect/builder....but it seems doable to me. Your thoughts woud be most appreciated.

What are the room dimensions of the ensuite? Thanks
the color of the vanity in this picture. Thank you. I am using 2 inch white polished carrera marble on the floor and back splash and trim around the room.
http://www.thebuilderdepot.com/cacbiho2hemo.html The question of how big is the room, here goes my best guess: The Hexagons are 2" across the width of the tile along the horizontal or x axis, I am counting approx. 40 /50 individual 2x2" Hexagon tiles. Making the room approx. 8FT in width, I cannot see
the same color. Computers and printers render the images differently....and so does the lighting in the room. http://clawsonarchitects.blogspot.com/2012/08/what-color-is-that-how-to-select.html?m=1

The nice thing about wet room edge drains is you don't need an over flow drain. just a bottom drain. It works best if the drain is on the low side of the room, but the base can be adjusted to drain the tub completely

I found very similar ones on this site http://edezeen.com/categories/bathroom/bathtubs/koan-2.html and http://edezeen.com/categories/bathroom/sbalzoo.html , I hope I could help the interested ones on this items
What are the dimensions of the toilet and shower rooms?
the question. The glass doors are custom made to the opening we had. The privacy panel was sandblasted based on the owners desire. Any local glass shop should be able to fabricate something like these.
Also, the Muriel Chandelier by Oly Studio has a similar theme and comes in clear or amber: http://shopcandelabra.com/oly-studio-muriel-chandelier.html Hope this helps. Have a Great Day!!
What color/type of cabinetry & countertops did you used in this room?
This room is amazing. We carry all of the types of tile used in the room, but have not seen it in this particular combination. It looks so stunning. The copper penny rounds are so fun.
separate w/c if you have room. no matter how sculptural toilets are now...
Could you tell me what they are, and how to find the damask tiles on the walls of this room?
You don't have to shop for the pre-made penny tile. You can DIY. Here are the steps for your own custom penny tiling: http://www.pottymouthtours.com/tile-bathroom-penny-l
Try this http://edezeen.com/manufacturers/novello/love-vasca.html. I love this bathtub and it looks like the one you have asked for. Good luck!

Love the whole room! Where did you source your vanity?
We're also in the GTA and your room has inspired our bathroom reno!
(pictures attached). Our basketweave is $10.95SF (http://www.thebuilderdepot.com/carrara-basketweave-mosaic.html) and our 12x12" pictured below is $7.00SF http://www.thebuilderdepot.com/cavema12suti.html. We also offer the same 5/8" Nero Marquina polished (black marble picture attached) border that was used
Bling chandelier also comes in Polished Nickel finish (http://www.lampsplus.com/products/robert-abbey-bling-collection-convertible-chandelier__k3788.html) plus the style is more transitional than modern in my opinion, so I think it'd work with your vintage style bathroom.

Yes, but the steam unit cost is expensive for that size room.
Not at all since it's not an open room.
Water doesn't hit the glass because of the size of the room. You can also apply rain-x to the glass which make it easy to maintain...
