Designed to stay clutter free, the shower features a built in recessed niche & a large bench seat, to organize the homeowners shower products. The two person shower outfitted with 3 showering components, encourages shared time. Showering configurations invite the owners to enjoy personalized spa settings together, including a ceiling mounted rain shower head, & a multi- functional shower head and handheld with a pivot for precise positioning. Vertical wall tiles mixed with blue glass mosaic tiles create visual interest. The pebble floor not only feels amazing underfoot but adds an unexpected twist to this modern downtown retreat.

An original overhead soffit, tile countertops, fluorescent lights and oak cabinets were all removed to create a modern, spa-inspired master bathroom. Color inspiration came from the nearby ocean and was juxtaposed with a custom, expresso-stained vanity, white quartz countertops and new plumbing fixtures. When my clients bought the house, the original guest bathroom was orange with fruit stencils and commercial rubber baseboards. The final bathroom celebrated my client's Asian ancestry and provided a modern space for their guests. A variety of textures allude to organic elements and anchor the small space.

This spacious Master bath features a Maax freestanding tub set against an accent wall covered in glass & stone mosaic tile. The porcelain 12x24 vein-cut limestone-look tile & Carrera marble counters contrast nicely with the custom espresso cabinetry. Kohler Purist plumbing fixtures in chrome are a crisp addition.
