We are interested in the mirror. How was it installed? Is the trim around it wood or Sheetrock? It's beautiful.
This is a custom installation. A local company measures the space and has the mirror fabricated with the sconce holes cut into the mirror. The electrician installs the sconces the day after the mirror gets installed.
about the door in the photo .. i want to know how can i install these handles and r the locking the door or its just decoration .. thank you
DIAspoton- I loved that idea of having a carpenter install a overlay over a rectangular mirror as we have a rectangular mirror already that we don't want to remove. Do you know what the of wood we could use
beautiful bath. a budget friendly vanity alternative would be to have a good carpenter cut and install an arched frame over a stock rectangular mirror. place the sconces to the sides. just a thought.

place them accurately, install them before installing the stacked stone. You will then just need to cut around the brackets when you put the sheets of stone up. It is more difficult to notch the stacked stone if you wait to install the brackets until after the stone is installed.
preconnected pieces so there is minimal space between the individual stones. To install, you use thinset like you would when installing other types of tile. Check out YouTube for a number of videos regarding the installation of stacked stone - some are very helpful. Good luck!
In this case, our installer found a seam between the stone and mounted anchors there. In other instances, we make medicine cabinets out of the mirrors and so the mirrors would be mounted on the cabinet and the stacked stone would be installed around them.

there! I adore your bathroom!! I would like to do something very similar to my bathroom. Are they hard to install? Do you just attach them to the drywall, or to the studs? Do you need to install a moisture barrier if putting in a bathroom? Also, will the boards work vertically the same way? Thank you
in an unfortunate way. Good luck with your project! Vertical might work, but how to attach them? Maybe a circa 1970's wood paneling look, easy to install and probably much cheaper than these. Painted wood paneling finish is one of my personal favorites.
PAINTED WOOD PANELING. CAN'T USE FOR BATHROOMS UNLESS MOISTURE BARRIER IS INSTALLED.

I am curious about the installation of the glass shower wall. I am considering the same install except my tub is a bit higher and the opening would have a door hinged from the wall side. I see you have 4 clips
I'm wondering what the height from the floor to the bottom of the window is? I am installing a soaker tub in my bathroom and would like to be able to sit in the tub and still see out the window
Typical drop in tub will sit around 22 from the floor ... I would say install the windows around 26-28" from the floor

skylight can be a great detail in the room as well as an excellent source of light. I should mention though that depending on a manufacturer (or installer) some of the skylights tend to misbehave down the road, by starting to leak and cause some moisture seeping through. Especially it’s noticeable in

the bottom border surrounding the shower on the walls. As far as upkeep we don't usually install things that are too difficult to clean. Faucet Direct has bypass doors, but you would have to have it custom installed and built.
