Hello- That is an American Standard Princeton tub. It isn't very deep and is good for a kids tub- 60" x 30" x 14" deep, I believe.

These sinks are from American Standard... and like all bathroom sinks they do have a drain. This one uses a pop-up drain. Hope this helps your search.

Thanks for the question. The interior walls of this home are all plastered in American Clay plaster, which is a "Green" product that adds a lovely soft texture to the rooms. I do not have a paint color to share, sorry.
