The shower in this traditional bathroom offers a low entry threshold, grab bars and a wooden bench. A bathtub to shower conversion allows for aging in place. Not having a traditional bathtub in the way of accessing the shower offers ease of use and safety in the bathroom.

Moen Brantford light fixtures in oil rubbed bronze. The Moen Wynford collection in oil rubbed bronze includes the faucets, towel bars and paper holder. The shower walls are SW Lab Natural Gloss 3x12 field tile accented with Crystal Shores Copper Coastal lineal tile. On the shower floor is Cava Bianco 2x2 mosaic tile.

This bathroom remodel was designed by Nicole from our Windham showroom. This bathroom features Cabico Essence vanity with maple wood Cartago door style (raised panel) and Americano (light brown stain finish. The countertop is Cambria quartz with windermere color and standard round edge. This remodel also feature 6”x6” Campogaliano Teos Almond for floors and shower walls as well as 2”x2” for shower floors. Other features include Kohler white toilet, Kohler brushed nickel faucet, Kohler white oval sink, Kohler Brushed Nikel shower trim, Kohler brushed nickel light fixture, Amerock satin nickel handles and semi frameless 3/8” starphire tempered clear glass with brushed nickel door handle.

The footprints and layouts of a house is the most important feature in a home. This is what can help or annoy a homeowner in everyday life and what can appeal or deter many future home buyer. The frame-less glass, Marazzi Silk in Distinguished, and Daltile Radiance deco-mesh create drama and a sophisticated elegance. The same tile was added around the garden tub to create an uniformed look. Custom ordered vanities topped with an indestructible Dekton countertop house the double sinks now side by side. The details such as the trim being added to the existing mirror. Matching trim and crown to the newly added room makes the space seem like it was always meant to be this way. Added areas can increase the monetary value of a home but a layout that fits your lifestyle adds the greatest value of all. The trick is making it not seem like a remodel has been done.
