Jose Ramirez Interiors went all-out for this Brooklyn townhouse, with 25 slabs of Calacatta Gold marble (including book-matched slabs) installed on bathroom walls and vanities, and Calacatta Gold mosaics on all bathroom floors.

We were so delighted to be able to bring to life our fresh take and new renovation on a picturesque bathroom. A scene of symmetry, quite pleasing to the eye, the counter and sink area was cultivated to be a clean space, with hidden storage on the side of each elongated mirror, and a center section with seating for getting ready each day. It is highlighted by the shiny silver elements of the hardware and sink fixtures that enhance the sleek lines and look of this vanity area. Lit by a thin elegant sconce and decorated in a pathway of stunning tile mosaic this is the focal point of the master bathroom. Following the tile paths further into the bathroom brings one to the large glass shower, with its own intricate tile detailing within leading up the walls to the waterfall feature. Equipped with everything from shower seating and a towel heater, to a secluded toilet area able to be hidden by a pocket door, this master bathroom is impeccably furnished. Each element contributes to the remarkably classic simplicity of this master bathroom design, making it truly a breath of fresh air. Custom designed by Hartley and Hill Design. Gorgeous Master Bathroom Renovation featuring crisp white cabinetry with beaded recessed panels, marble tile floor, marble mosaic floor, marble mosaic detail in shower and back splash. This shower features steam and rain shower overhead with tucked away niches for clean shower storage.

A Modern Farmhouse set in a prairie setting exudes charm and simplicity. Wrap around porches and copious windows make outdoor/indoor living seamless while the interior finishings are extremely high on detail. In floor heating under porcelain tile in the entire lower level, Fond du Lac stone mimicking an original foundation wall and rough hewn wood finishes contrast with the sleek finishes of carrera marble in the master and top of the line appliances and soapstone counters of the kitchen. This home is a study in contrasts, while still providing a completely harmonious aura.

This elegant traditional powder room features the Queen Anne vanity by Mouser Custom Cabinetry, with the Winchester Inset door style and Cherry Mesquite finish, topped with Calacatta Gold marble top. The vessel sink is Kohler's Artist Edition in the Caravan Persia collection. The wall-mounted faucet is Finial by Kohler in the French Gold finish. The sconces are by Hudson Valley, Meade style and Aged Brass finish. The toilet is Kohler's Portrait 1-piece with concealed trapway. All of the tile is Calacatta Gold by Artistic Tile and includes 6x12 Polished on the wall, 1.25 Hexagon on the floor, and Claridges Waterjet cut mosaic with Thassos White Marble and Mother of Pearl shell. A typical post-1906 Noe Valley house is simultaneously restored, expanded and redesigned to keep what works and rethink what doesn’t. The front façade, is scraped and painted a crisp monochrome white—it worked. The new asymmetrical gabled rear addition takes the place of a windowless dead end box that didn’t. A “Great kitchen”, open yet formally defined living and dining rooms, a generous master suite, and kid’s rooms with nooks and crannies, all make for a newly designed house that straddles old and new. The bathroom was completely rearranged to take advantage of the bathroom's natural light. The shower was moved to the previous garden tub location while the freestanding tub replaced the previous toilet room.
