Perhaps do a lighted mirror in the powder room rather than a traditional overhead light.

no, one has graining the other does not (led florecent tubes would get rid of the spotlight effect for under cabinet lights.
Love the lights under the zink.
For all those tweezers, shavers and makeup appliers out there, overhead lighting in the bathroom is just not enough. Avoid the unflattering shadows they create by installing lights on the side of your mirror.

Could you provide details about the mirror/cabinets & their lights?
I presume the large mirrors on the walls hide cabinets. Could you provide more details about them (source?), and how were the spot lights (below, and above) integrated? Thanks-
proud of the wall as this is a double brick wall. They have a bulk head built above them so the task lighting will function as intended. the bottom of the cabinet has recessed under cabinet LED lighting.
