Hi and thank you for the question. The reason for this design was width of wall space and it is a registered 1927 historic home; did not want to move or extend the walls. His and her sink vanities are the same size; the dressing vanity is smaller.

In this case all the reproduction papers used are circa 1880 designs (the era the house was constructed) and all have been installed as they were historically; in Texas during that period, walls and ceilings were not plastered, instead the walls were covered with horizontal boards which were then covered
