what kind of wood is that
the reason i am asking i saw this and i am renovating a very old home and have lots oft tongue and groove planks that i think would look pretty in the ceiling if i pretty a pretty stain and then poly it with marine poly is that a good idea or a disastar waiting to happen
The Wood is tongue and groove pine with a pickled stain. We used a standard polyurethane with a satin finish because we were confident that in how well we ventilated the bathroom. As you proceed consult your painter to make sure bathroom is well ventilated, and has a quality fan installed. Thank you
