This is my girls' bathroom. I love the dark charcoal walls with all the bright white. The floor tiles were inexpensive stock tiles from one of the big box home improvement stores, and the cabinet was designed by me and built by my carpenter.

Yes, that is how I do my clients benches, framed the wrapped with cement board (I also use a rubber membrane around the seat), then tile.

I've made the mistake of having my tub tile installed while searching for the floor tile. As much as I like the matte black & white hexagonal penny tile, it's not a true white next to my tub tile. Only the gloss floor tile seems to be available in an ice white
I love how you transitioned from beadboard to tile. Is that a bullnose edge? I wasn't sure how to join the two in my bath and I think yours looks wonderful
white if you don't see the tub tile (could leave the shower curtain pulled most of the time), or stay true to the same white and go with the glossy tile? My tub and pedestal sink are true white also. Thinking of warm grey grout. Please help! Thanks so much!!

this design on my shower floor. I have 46 inch by 46 inch approx. What do I use for the border a bullnose or would the tile 12 by 24 need to be cut? I plan on using the mosaic 1.25 x 4 inch (12 inch by 12 inch sheets) inside the border. My concern with the border is it could be sharp if my contractor
