A house located at a southern Vermont ski area, this home is based on our Lodge model. Custom designed, pre-cut and shipped to the site by Habitat Post & Beam, the home was assembled and finished by a local builder. Photos by Michael Penney, architectural photographer. Guest Bathroom As our "story" of the home goes, this Guest Cottage is the oldest part of the home. It is created with soft, curved edges and a curved roof made to imitate thatch. The bathroom has low eaves, sloped ceilings, and a traditional furniture piece transformed into the lavatory sink. Michael

It was designed by our friends at Danenberg Design (who have retired recently) and fabricated in San Jose, CA. Here's an excerpt from a story about this project: "Asian spas have shade shelters made out of bamboo and tied weeds," Danenberg says
