If water spill on the floor between tub and window, will mildew grow? Is it hard to clean that area and dust will gather there?
All glass will water spot. In general I find that any ordinary glass cleaner brings the glass back to new. I haven't had a problem with soap.

the bottom row!! as a tilesetter was always taught the cut piece of tile should go next to the ceiling?? also shouldn't the mirror be centered to the window trim or even be level to the top of the trim!!

(nothing tragic). This bathtub is Kohler's "Tea for Two" and is widely available. If your tub is similar, you may be able to remove the front "apron" and replace it with tile.
I have this floor in my living room, from a recent renovation. It is called "nublado" and we found at a stone place in New York City. It's a honed marble. Beautiful.
