Love the look, what about window rotting

I treated the area like a shampoo niche, applying Kerdi fabric with in and out corners all around the window opening. Where adhering waterproof
The window is inserted in to a waterproof opening in the interior. The granite slab is inserted a few inches under the window, but over the Kerdi. The slab, and stoneware tile are also set in some deep recesses with urethane. The exterior is aluminum siding, like the rest of the house, and I applied
