necessary support without the need for a hefty, visible bracket. Good luck!
Pine Street, Thank You for taking time to answer my question! I looked at the Better Bench products and I saw that your bench here was 3' 10", so I was wondering about that center support? I do not see it in the photos. My bench
how the center support was created on this particular bench. However, there are two options we have used in this past on these projects: 1) Add rebar to the wet-bed in the Better Bench, or 2) add steel angle iron brackets that slip under the bench and into the framing, which are hidden by the apron. Do you know how is this shower door supported? Just on the 2 hinges you can see attached to the side panel? I have always been told by shower door installer that you need some wall next to the door to support it.
it's just supported by the two hinges, hinged to the adjacent glass panel. You can do this with sturdier glass - the panels are clipped top and bottom the the enclosure.

Great Bathroom! Can you tell me how the shower bench is supported. Thanks
brackets that support the seat and allow it to cantilever from the wall.
I'd like to know how much weight that bench supports?

attached? Supported? I was told I need a pony wall but don't want to give away the real estate in the shower, nor deal with another water gathering useless "shelf". Any advice much appreciated!!
