Love the herringbone pattern on the tile floor!

2 to 2 1/2 inches, but we will need to find a way to finish the 2 to 2 1/2 inches out of the wall. Was this your situation? Do you have a suggestion of how I could finish the outside of the cabinet with wood trim or something?
took the 1x2s from the basketweave - that's a great idea. I have a similar scenario - would you be willing to correspond with me off line and answer a few questions about my bathroom? I just have to do the backsplash and mirror. Thanks!
out the 1 x 2s and set them individually in the running bond pattern. I got the tile from Waterworks, and I'm sure they have sheets of 1 x 2s in that pattern, but it's not so exotic that you couldn't find them elsewhere!
25 mm (1"x1") and sometimes 20 mm x 20 mm (13/16 x 13/16) Which is the case here.
So when you count the mosaic tiles, there are ca. 7 pcs. per 1 white tile. 7 x 20 mm + 140 mm + 7 joints x ca. 1 mm + 7 mm in total = 147 mm. So the wall tiles are ca. 150 mm x 150 mm or in imperial: 6" x 6" (nominal)

it is a 1/4 round rather than a bullnose. Does that help? I could try and go past their house, but don't know how soon I could do that and get a picture up.
