What kind of wood have you used to made the mirror frame?
I understand the mirror frame was custom made. I made my frames out of maple and poplar due to their nice and smooth surface. However, they were made for hallways mainly. I wonder if the selection of wood makes any difference whether
wots the wood made out of
sherwin williams repose gray is very similar. It can appear gray or beige depending on it's surroundings. I have it in my master bedroom and am debating on choosing it for my bath as well.
It is a multi-step stain process that we used. It was tough to get just the right finish. We found using a wood dye, then stain allowed the grain to show through yet gave us that rich deep espresso color we were going for.

Hi- We do not suggest this wood top in a high use bathroom. This is a vacation condo and it is in a secondary space. The top has been sealed/protected, but it is still wood and any water splash is recommended to be wiped up as soon as possible.
