I'm redoing my bathroom and tiling the walks approx 3-6 high . Should I tile behind vanity ? Also should I get a vanity top with a backsplash and how high should I bring tile up past top of backsplash I want to use a bullnose on top of finished tile . Should

complete with pulley hardware and rope for cord. The shower is approximately 3.5' x 11'. Faucets are by Rohl. The v-groove horizontal planks are 7" high (will have to check which way they face). Shower is tiled floor, walls and ceiling for extra moisture protection.
