“I used dark walnut stain that already has polyurethane in it and darkened it a little. Then let that dry a couple of days and then went over with 2 coats lacquer. (lacquer smells horrible by the way- very bad) When I do this again I will stick with polyurethane only as the lacquer is just that strong”
