I'm designing a rental home with a very large master bath with a jacuzzi tub. I'm going with the spa/oasis look. I would like to incorporate the bamboo design on the tub wall

Spanish Oaks Spa Bath
The master bath is far from ordinary in this exquisite home; it is a spa sanctuary. An especially stunning feature is the design of the bathtub/shower area. Here, the owners can use the glass pivot wall to open the slate and stone room for a luxurious outdoor shower experience with the beauty of nature
From the master suite, walking into the master bath feels like a secret, hidden retreat; and once inside, it opens up to a truly beautiful and relaxing spa sanctuary. Photography by Casey Dunn

This one-of-a-kind Spa Bath was custom built to accompany the resort-like setting of the backyard and pool.
So pretty! Like a high-end spa
4. Tile that ceiling. Create that serene spa feeling by carrying your wall tile onto the ceiling of your master bathroom for a seamless look. Tiled ceilings are not just for the shower anymore.

Zen Bath
organic, or spa when describing the feel of their dream bath, what thoughtscome to mind, and how do you translate these ideas into your designs? EI: It is very important to be specific with clients about what Zen, organic and spa means to them. For example, my client may think the beach is spa-like, however
however I associate a Japanese bathhouse with a spa. Each is very different. It comes down to our own experiences about what Zen means to each of us individually. Typically throw out those kind of questions and ask questions about the kinds of materials we use, i.e. pebble or teak floor, grasscloth wallpaper
to do with choosing the right fixtures and materials. An angular vessel sink atop teak wood, pebble tiled-floors, and a restful wall color create a spa-like atmosphere in the middle of the city.

Yes, we know this spa bath is indoors, but some people do prefer a spa inside and, with a spa bath like this luxurious example, you can see why. After all, why take a regular bath when you can enjoy the sensation of your muscles unwinding in a spa?

14. Get particular about tidiness. Neatness counts. If you walked into a spa full of sloppily folded towels placed willy-nilly, it might bug you so much that it would keep you from relaxing during your massage. Apply the same rules to your bath: Keep products tucked away in drawers or cabinets, and neatly

Master Bath
This spa tub is a drop-in model. Unlike a freestanding tub, it's "dropped" into a custom surround. Both freestanding and drop-in tubs create unique installation challenges. Most spa tubs come with a water pump, a heating system or an air system. Before installing any of those systems or the tub, make
sure you test them out first. The last thing you'd want is to find out you have leaks or your spa jets won't work after installation. Tip: Surrounds for drop-in tubs provide space beneath for things like the spa's heater and pump. With a freestanding tub, you need to place these elsewhere, and sometimes
