We are reconstructing a 1400 sq ft, 2 story home. the 2nd floor will carry the kitchen, full bath, family room, and small twin room. we have 700 sq ft on each floor to work with.

stool is from Pottery Barn kids, and I had it reupholstered. The corner chair is from Bernhardt Interiors. The room was my design and based on what my client's daughter wanted her room to look and feel like....and it all grew from the wallpaper selection.
I used a dozen PB teen raffia bulletin boards. They have a good bracket system for hanging.
