Oh darn !! Husband says our lot is 24' wide by '65 on the Balboa Penninsula, which means we would lose a lot of footage with that same house plan. The owners of the Diamond residence said this was the smallest floor plan Brandon Architects and Spinnaker had done in the area. I think with Newport Beach
Love the entire home. The kind owners of this lovely home gave us a tour. we would love to know the house width and depth. We want to rebuild on the Balboa Penninsula and would hope this plan would fit our lot . Cudos to Brandon architects and the designer !
