Hi Wow, what an incredible garden. I have an ocean front home and have struggled with landscaping for the front of the house until now. I have made notes of the plants you mentioned
area that you cannot see real well. This is a shade tolerant garden so be careful of to much sun. I hope this helps you in your landscaping endeavors!
Thanks for the question! The groundcover on the right hand side of the stepper path is called ajuga. I do not remember the specific variety though
though. The groundcover on the left hand side of the stepper path is vinca groundcover. Hope this helps!

On the right side of the path, there is a clump of tall reddish-brown spires. They are in front of the ceonothus, and in between the two grasses. I looked at many salvias, but none
Is the gravel path laid on hardcore and the planting through a membrane? Does the gravel shift much given the slope and coastal location?
in the PNW. Will the Blue Oat Grass and the Thymus survive without watering during the summer? I am looking for something low maintenance and eco friendly. If they dry out that's ok - as long as they survive.

The hillside garden responds to movement of the wind, flow of the water and warmth of the sun with an artful integration of storm water management practices. Rhythmic landforms and a grassy swale slow stormwater flow, allowing it to percolate into the ground and divert it away from the house. The meandering

this mudroom is an absolute dream and is probably bigger than my kitchen! But I can’t resist sharing a photo that includes a cute dog who likes to help out in the garden. Plus, if your mudroom is teeny-tiny, you’ll have to splurge on only one roll of wallpaper if you want to really do things up. Also
