Total Square footage: 3,565 sf (not including decks and porches) By Floor: First floor: 1,484 sf Second floor: 1,484 sf Walk up attic: 597 sf
this seems like an natural extension of my current design. just popping existing roof upwards. this roof pitch seems to let in a lot more usable SF, too. on 2nd glance, this is a 2 story with an attic. i don't think town will let me build this high.
