100 year old Chinese stool can be purchased
tile around fireplace, diamond tile in front of fireplace
Beautiful- could redo old chairs
This is an example of one of the most elegant designs this kind of stool comes in (it's a 120-150 year old antique imported from China). It's intricate, it's muted and it's luxurious.

Hi sdmj! I built the installation above the bed using wooden flooring tiles from IKEA and a set of 5 lights, also from IKEA. The flooring tiles are mounted away from the wall at differing depths using 1x2 wooden strips boards that were cut down to 2x2 squares and layered on top
top of one another. The art above the chest of drawers beside the giraffe is made from an old wood & metal crate. Two 8x12 photos from a travel trip, mounted on foam core, are mounted to the metal netting using twine. The following video on my design blog shows the room in greater detail: http://www.mi

Could you tell me the color that you painted the trim. I love Old Prairie and painted my Massage Therapy Studio in it. I coupled it with Camouflage for the trim, and it looked beautiful. But for my home.. I wanted to keep a more coastal look, so I don't think a darker trim will work.
