Pac Heights Penthouse
interior remodel of a top floor unit in a stately Pacific Heights building originally constructed in 1925. The remodel included the construction of a new elevated roof deck with a custom spiral staircase and “penthouse” connecting the unit to the outdoor space. The unit has two bedrooms, a den, two baths
engineered mahogany flooring with matching mahogany spiral stair treads. The roof deck is finished with a lava stone and ipe deck and paneling, frameless glass guardrails, a gas fire pit, irrigated planters, an artificial turf dog park and a solar heated cedar hot tub. Dimension of the TV unit?? Where are the components housed? Is it pain
Is the wall unit painted or stained?
hi hanina. the TV unit is approx 72" wide by 84" high
and the other walls are wall paper in a creamy linen type. the floors are white limestone and the area rug is a shag rug made of viscous . the wall unit is black and wengue wood mix. . the ceilings are super white by Benjamin moore
the door was custom made by a local glass company and yes, its a pocket door

Why is there a big framed glass panel in the headboard?
Very nice concept, also to see the reflections of the windows within the satinated glass
to allow natural light into dressing table on backside of headboard unit
