Jackson Hole Residence
This 7-bed 5-bath Wyoming ski home follows strict subdivision-mandated style, but distinguishes itself through a refined approach to detailing. The result is a clean-lined version of the archetypal rustic mountain home, with a connection to the European ski chalet as well as to traditional American lodge

southwestern modern bedroom. Having had southwestern design in my home for the past 20 years and found it extremely difficult that it's also not over the top rustic. Would like to see a native rug commissioned for this room. Really loving the crosses design in the blanket and pillows! Overall it's impressive

ARCHITECT where to buy the HOMEOWNERS furniture and accessories!!! How would HE know where they bought their bedding or lamps or picture frames?? He designed the house, not their LIFE!
I like to imagine that this lamp base was purchased on some really memorable vacation — maybe in Mexico or Spain. It was wrapped in clothes and lugged home in a suitcase, and now it graces this master bedroom, reminding its owners of that trip every night: the smells, the food
raised to new heights when set in front of pure white or cream backdrops.
Mixing metal doesn't have to be a bold choice. Here bronze is the predominant accent color, but a slightly silver patterned pillow ties the whole look together, uniting bright white and warm metals. More: Taking Home the Gold

This new hillside home above the Castro in San Francisco was designed to act as a filter from the peaceful tress-lined street through to the panoramic view of the city and bay. A carefully developed rhythm structures the building, directing the visitor through the home with mounting drama. Each room

I am pretty sure the picture in the back is actually yarn artwork and is from Mexico...we used to own a piece we purchased in Puerto Vallarta.
