where are they from? and the side tables?
lamps are no longer available. You could try searching for "burl wood" lamps and see if anything comes up, or you could try and find wood block bases on existing lamps and have a decorative painter faux paint them to look like burl wood. Hope that helps....
ivory draperies from someplace such as Pottery Barn or Restoration Hardware that have been customized with a contrasting band of fabric along the edges.
The burl wood lamps were from Williams Sonoma Home but I know they no longer carry them. The leather chair was custom.

I think the branches are part of the table, but without knowing the material
material of the table's horizontal plane I can't say for sure how the pass-through illusion was constructed. The fotog is telling us to ask the designers of the space.
