The bell jar chandelier is from Hudson Valley Lighting. Mine is polished nickel with a cut crystal glass bell jar, but you can get it in several metal finishes and 3 styles of glass: cut crystal, stars, and plain
I'm sure you can find it at any large tile/marble retailer. Mine actually was taken from the basketweave sheets that are on the floor. I didn't know exactly what I wanted on the backsplash, and had extra basketweave
