floorspace does the staircase require (width from clock cubby wall to include stair treads and how deep from first tread to window wall)? am i confusing? hope to hear from you as i hope i have enough space to do this...
I like that they are narrow enough to let the light through! Beautiful vignette with the bench, clock, and paintings!
Let me see if I can help. From the far edge of the clock cutout to the far edge of the 1st stair tread is 8 feet. From the far edge (left side) of the clock cutout to the closest edge of the 1st stair tread is 9 feet. I hope that helps!
