From what I can make out in the photo, the faucet looks like polished nickel or polished chrome. It seems slightly yellow, but not brass - more like polished nickel. Both Rohl and Hansgroher, and Kohler offer this finish in their faucets and fixtures.
Perhaps you could get a similar look by ordering kitchen depth cabinets for vanity (24") depth) and bathroom depth vanity for linen closets (21" depth)

width and we do have plenty of clearance on the sides and end. Crowding an island just doesn't work. We usually allow at least 3'-6" clear
