These floors are hardwood, not engineered and they French white oak with a custom stain.

Hi jhing! The 5" flooring is manufactured by Armstrong, item no. GCH48MTLG (species: hickory). It is apart of the engineered hardwood collection, the color is mountain smoke, and the finish is "permion urethane" with a "hand-scraped" texture. Thanks for your question!
