Those are actually individual carpet tiles from FLOR. That particular line is no longer available but they have something very similar (just a lower pile height - not as attractive in my opinion)

I just recently purchased my new home, which was build 4 years ago. The cabinets are a neuthral walnut color, my flors are a dark walnut, my ceramic back splash is dark tiles, and the color of the walls is a dark, wine color. I am planning on painting in the near future, and am unsure of what color
