I agree with Dytecture and would do all the bedroom doors the same. A great place to use a salvaged door is on a pantry. I used a salvaged door on this pantry, it was from a Spanish monastery and adds so much character to the room. http://www.houzz.com/photos/679707

so, is there a name for that style of cabinet or door?
high is this door....8 ft? do you have all the dimensions of this door? I love it!!
what type of 2 panel door is this? thanks!
I notice one knob on the lower cabinets. Does one door overlap the opposing door so that if you pull the knob you can open both doors? And if so
I'm guessing those are folding doors that open to reveal a washer & dryer so only one knob is necessary.
I'd recommend calling this a 2 panel shaker style door. We and many other door manufacturers simple call this a 2 Panel Door - with a S sticking or "shaker" sticking, and a "F" or Flat Panel
tall door. Industry standards recommend 4 hinges on over 7'0" tall doors, plus your lock is usually at 36" off the floor, so based on 20 years experience, figure this to be an 8'0" tall door. When doing 8'0" tall doors, I'd highly recommend going with an 1-3/4" thick door.
