“what about hard water? In a couple of areas we have lived the glass looks grainy after a couple of years. The solution is replacement, is that still the case?”

“It's only about 14" resulting in about 12" for shoes. The sitting area is also about 20" deep and is really just a ledge but OK for kids to sit and put on their boots. The cubbies themselves are standard 12" deep shelving about 10" high.”

“think about 12 x 12 marble flooring in a bath. People slip! Smaller tiles= more grout= more grip. Some clients feel fine about it, others not so much. Just something to think about.
