look appeals to me also because of the light at the end of the tunnel (hall)...would it be as effective if the hall deadended into a wall and there was minimal light value...we are buying home w/8 ft ceilings that has bedroom hall and no natural light coming in...don't know that we can add extra cans

What color are the walls and crown moldings in this hall way?
I have red oak floors, dark oak trim and want a warm inviting entry and hall way. Though I would use "new peach" color. But not sold yet. what other colors would work. Don't want beige or browns, it would be to dark.
