Great, well executed project! Is this single or double paned butt glass and what height are the panels?
Great look! What is the typical cost per square foot of butt glass with installation for this type of application?
It's a beautiful glass walkway, and I love glass.

like glass but what about keeping it clean
principal at Remick Associates Architecture, says, "We wanted to have a courtyard, but the planning commission wanted everything under one roof. The glass passageway allows us to be enclosed yet open to the view."

What is the approx. thickness of the glass panels?
Love the glass floor! How did you set the glass?
Did you use a metal frame and then something between the glass and metal to avoid creaking noises when walking

Love the all glass. Safety issues
Bookshelves in hallway. Good use of empty space. Scary glass floor and railing, but good to keep things open and light.
bright and elegant, this skinny slice of space has been made into a contemporary library. Natural light floods in through the enormous window, while the glass floor in the mezzanine allows more light to circulate and gives the space a floating feeling.

Glass: 1) insulated? 2) wind load capacity? 3) Who manufactured?
Very much like the minimalist framing/partitioning of the glass, and these are the questions my architect has raised.

Great look! What is the typical cost of butt glass and the installation used in this application per square foot? Is it more or less expensive than regular aluminum framing with glass since you dont have the extra framing?
