Is the wood wall the same material as floor?
Can you tell me what color & type of stain is on the white oak wood wall?
The wood accent wall appears to have a slight gap between each, was it able to be fastened with nails?
The combination of the wood tones is ideal with this wall colour and I would like

We ordered those as a specialty item through a wood flooring provider NYC. That being said I've recently been using another source that is a little more affordable with a wider range of options.

Yes it's a porcelain floor.. I guess it resembles wood.. But has its own beauty!
Stairs are real hard wood.. The main floor is granite porcaline
expand the size of that photo, I can see a white-ish line around each plank. That tells me that this is a tile floor. But I can't be 100% sure. The designer credited with this photo, so if you follow that link you can get to her website. From there you can e-mail her directly. Good luck!
